FL500MK2 is an advanced asymmetric floodlight with modular design, compact, light and beautiful structure, weight of only 11kg (excluding ballast and light source), and windward area of only 0.10m2. Combined with its extremely small wind resistance coefficient, the load of the lamp pole can be greatly reduced when the lamp is applied, thus effectively controlling the cost of the lamp pole and the foundation. The unique full cutoff front window design, combined with the dual asymmetric light distribution reflector, forms its excellent optical system, which provides excellent overflow and lighting control while ensuring high luminous efficiency.

It is compatible with six types of light sources, and can use traditional inductance ballasts or the latest electronic ballasts. The flexible configuration mode makes this product applicable to a wide range of outdoor lighting places, mainly including airports, ports, railways, stadiums, parking lots, industrial/commercial areas, etc.

High efficiency

The new high efficiency reflector design uses high reflective aluminum with reflectivity of more than 95% to maximize the effective light output.

When using the electronic ballast, it can give better performance, and can save up to 15% energy compared with the traditional inductance ballast.

The light weight and low wind resistance shape can effectively reduce the cost of the lamp pole and foundation, and provide conditions for installing more lamps on a base lamp pole, so that the number of lamp poles can be further reduced in large areas of centralized lighting places, and the impact on the site's own functions and landscape caused by the occupation of lamp poles can be reduced.

Advantages of modular design

Taking the high pole lamp as an example, it is generally divided into two types according to the layout of lamps: uniform (circumferential lighting) and single side lighting. When the single side lighting form is applied (the high pole of the airport apron is typical of this type), the lamps are distributed on one side of the lamp panel. To ensure the balance of the lamp panel, the counterweight in the direction of the other side shall be considered in its structure. In fact, the load on the lamp panel is multiplied. This problem can be effectively solved by using the electric box of the lamp as the counterweight in the application of separate electrical appliances.

The FL500 MK2 optional light source package backup support includes six types of light sources, including high-pressure sodium lamp, ceramic metal halide lamp, metal halide lamp, etc. At the same time, inductance ballast or the latest electronic ballast can be selected. Users can optimize various goals such as cost, color rendering, life or energy saving through different configuration combinations.
