The lighting work of flood control project is a part of the construction of the Smart Yellow River, which is the basic work to realize the "global intelligent command and dispatching system", and is of great significance to improve the flood control comprehensive capacity of the Yellow River in Jinan. In order to do a good job in brightening flood control works, Jinan River Affairs Bureau attaches great importance to special research and arrangement. Each district/county bureau shall formulate an implementation plan according to the actual situation of the project, actively prepare, earnestly implement and actively coordinate, and the lighting project shall be completed on schedule with quality and quantity guaranteed.
Since October, the Jinan Municipal Bureau's Prevention Office, Industrial Management Department and Finance Department have formed an acceptance team to carry out the completion acceptance of the project according to the construction progress of the lighting project in 7 districts and counties under the Bureau. The project acceptance team carefully checked the construction location and quantity of the lighting project through video monitoring, carried out on-site inspection on the lighting equipment that could not be viewed through the monitoring video, checked the operation of the lighting facilities, reviewed the project office data and project payment in detail, and put forward rectification suggestions for individual problems.
Up to now, the acceptance work has been completed. The inspection shows that the construction process of the lighting works is standardized, the office data is relatively complete, the project funds are used reasonably, and 493 lamps in 63 projects have good lighting effects, which can achieve the expected effect, and all of them have passed the acceptance. The lighting project construction greatly facilitates the night project inspection, river regime observation, rescue and disaster relief, improves the efficiency of flood prevention and rescue, and provides a strong guarantee for the Yellow River Anlan in Jinan.
